Booking confirmations and booking communications such as, check in and out times, house rules, lockbox entry codes, and contact information, are usually automated after booking is confirmed. In some cases, these communications can take 2-5 hours.

For full refund to be issued, short term rental booking must be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, unfortunately this excludes any same day booking requests.
If booking is not cancelled within 24 hours of booking, guest will be responsible for all charges regardless if guest checks in or not.
Yes, we will handle it all from taking photos of your property, background checks, and credit reports.
This will be determined by the current market rates.
We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.
